All appointments booked through this website are subject to availability. The consultation fees (Standard: ₹550, Follow-up: ₹350, Emergency: ₹750) are non-negotiable. Dr. Hemanth's Homoeopathy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to medical emergencies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Dr. Hemanth Sai Kumar, his clinic staff, or the website developer (Rohit Singh / RHTWeb) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website.
